Paul recently directed over 100 short videos for an ACTRA web campaign, as well as the web series Last Call, which he co-created with Sarah Hillier.

As a theatre director, Paul has worked with various comedy theatres, such as The Second City and Bad Dog Theatre Company, and the sketch troupes Dame Judy Dench and Frenzy. Most recently Paul directed Second City’s acclaimed main stage revue Click Bait & Switch.

Paul co-created and directed the 2017 Fringe hit 32 Short Sketches About Bees, which won the My Entertainment World Critics Pick Award for outstanding Sketch/Improv production as well as The Second City Award For Outstanding New Comedy.

Paul also created and directs HOOKUP, which takes the lives of two single audience members and turns them into a fully improvised live romantic comedy.
