Paul started his TV writing career as a senior writer for The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos. Since then he has written for scripted shows such as Gaming Show (In My Parents’ Garage), Winston Steinburger and Sir Dudley Ding Dong, InSecurity, and Canadian Screen Award nominated The Second City Project.

He has also contributed to ‘unscripted’ style shows like Never Ever Do This at Home, Extreme Babysitting and Undercover High. And he has written award shows and specials hosted by the likes of William Shatner and Martin Short.

Paul has been nominated for a Gemini for his work on The Hour, and a Canadian Screen Award for the Martin Short-hosted Long Story Short: CBC Turns 75.
